1. Who we are We’re an Australian-based importer and retailer of 3D printers, filaments, resins and accessories sourced from China. Our ABN is . We’re the “data controller” for any personal info you give us.

2. What we collect We only collect what’s needed to run the business:

  • Name, delivery address, email, phone (for orders & shipping)

  • Payment details (processed securely via Stripe/PayPal – we never store card numbers)

  • IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Google Analytics – anonymised)

  • Any messages you send us (chat, email, reviews)

We don’t ask for sensitive stuff like health info, religion or political views.

3. How we collect it

  • Directly: when you buy, sign up for newsletters, or fill out forms

  • Automatically: cookies & tracking pixels (you can disable most via your browser)

  • From third parties: shipping partners (Australia Post, DHL, etc.) share delivery updates

  • To send order confirmations, tracking links, and receipts

5. Who we share it with We don’t sell your data. Ever. But we do share it with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) – only what’s needed to charge you

  • Shipping couriers (Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL) – name, address, phone

  • Our email provider (e.g., Mailchimp) – for newsletters you’ve signed up for

  • Cloud hosts (AWS, Google Cloud) – they store data securely, no access to your details

All partners are bound by strict contracts to protect your info. Some are overseas (e.g., PayPal in the US), but we use only those with strong privacy standards that match Australia’s laws.

6. How long we keep it

  • Order info: 7 years (tax law requirement)

  • Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe

  • Website logs: 12 months max, then deleted

Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance
    By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms, plus any updates we post here. If you don't like them, step away from the cart.
     

  2. Products and Pricing
    All prices shown include GST and import fees where applicable. We source genuine Flashforge 3D printers from authorized factories in China and clear them through Sydney ports. We may cancel orders before dispatch due to stock shortages, errors, or suspected fraud and a full refund will be provided. 
     

  3. Orders and Payment
    Once paid, we process within five business days. Expect delivery within 8 weeks. We only accept orders of any 3D printer within greater Sydney
     

  4. Warranty & Returns
    New units come with Flashforge's twelve-month global warranty. Faulty on arrival? Report within forty-eight hours; we'll replace or repair at no cost. After that, repairs route through our service centre, no shipping back to China, keeps costs low for you. Used or opened gear: no returns, warranty still kicks in.
     

  5. Shipping and Risk
    Title passes once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Insurance stops at your doorstep, check it fast. We aren't liable for carrier mishaps unless we stuffed up the label.
     

  6. Privacy and Data
    We collect basics: name, address, card details to ship and invoice. Opt-in emails keep you posted on restocks; unsubscribe anytime. Full rundown in our Privacy Policy.
     

  7. Age Limit
    You must be eighteen or older to buy.
     

  8. Intellectual Property
    Photos, specs, manuals ARE all ours. Use them fair, don't resell.
     

  9. Governing Law
    New South Wales courts rule. If we update these, the date shows at the bottom of this page. Check before each order.
