1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms, plus any updates we post here. If you don't like them, step away from the cart.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices shown include GST and import fees where applicable. We source genuine Flashforge 3D printers from authorised factories in China and clear them through Sydney ports. We may cancel orders before dispatch due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — if we do, you'll get a full refund.
3. Orders, Payment and Delivery
Once paid, we process orders within five business days. Expect delivery within 8 weeks, depending on freight and customs clearance timelines. We currently deliver across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide via our freight partners.
4. Warranty and Returns
New units come with Flashforge's twelve-month global warranty. Faulty on arrival? Report it within forty-eight hours and we'll replace or repair at no cost, no shipping back to China — this keeps the process fast and low-cost for you. After that window, standard warranty repairs are handled through our local service centre.
Nothing in this section, or anywhere else in these terms, excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, regardless of whether you report a fault inside or outside the 48-hour window above. The 48-hour DOA process is a fast-track option we offer on top of those legal rights — it doesn't replace them.
Used or opened gear is not eligible for change-of-mind returns; your consumer guarantee rights for faulty goods still apply regardless.
5. Shipping and Risk
Title and risk in the goods pass to you once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Please inspect your delivery promptly, as courier insurance generally stops at your doorstep. We're not liable for carrier mishaps once goods have left our warehouse in good condition with a correct shipping label, except where we're responsible for an error in that label or packaging. This clause doesn't limit your Australian Consumer Law rights described in Section 4.
6. Privacy and Data
We collect the basics needed to ship and invoice your order — name, address, and payment details (processed securely, we never store full card numbers). If you've opted in, we'll send occasional emails about restocks or new products; you can unsubscribe anytime. Because we import from an overseas manufacturer, some of your information may also be disclosed outside Australia for warranty and support purposes — the full details are in our Privacy Policy.
7. Age Limit
You must be eighteen or older to buy from us.
8. Intellectual Property
Photos, specifications, and manuals on this site are ours (or licensed to us). You're welcome to use them for personal reference, but not to resell or republish them commercially without our permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If we update these terms, the date at the top of this page will change — check back before each order.
